Life and relationship coaching is a professional service that supports individuals and / or couples with navigating challenges in your relationship and other areas of life.

Please note that I work exclusively with individuals because I believe that meaningful change begins with the self.
Coaching is a forward focused, results orientated process that will take you from where you’re at now to where you want to go. Therapy / counselling, on the other hand, often deals with diagnosing and treating mental health conditions and exploring past experiences. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy but can complement it.
During our coaching sessions, we will discuss your current situation and unpack what has been going on for you, identifying any obstacles and limiting beliefs. As your coach, I’ll be asking you insightful questions, based on the information that you’re willing to share and at your own pace. You are in the driver’s seat!

I adhere to the strictest levels of confidentiality as outlined by the ICF, (International Coaching Federation) ethical guidelines to ensure that your personal information and discussions remain private.
This agreement is ongoing until it is cancelled by either you or us.
24 hrs notice is required to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. If cancellation is made with less than 24 hrs notice, the session will still be charged in full.
